1Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the tck44 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). By using the tck44 website, creating an account, or accessing any gaming service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform. These Terms apply to users in Bangladesh and are effective under Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6).

tck44 is committed to maintaining a safe and transparent gaming environment. These Terms may be updated from time to time; you will be notified of any changes by email or via a notice on the platform.

2Eligibility & Age Requirement

To create an account and use tck44's services, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years old (for 21+ only).
• You must be the owner of a valid bank account or mobile financial service account.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not representing any third party.
• You are participating in gaming services voluntarily and with full awareness.
• You do not reside in any country or region where online gaming is prohibited by law.

tck44 may request documents for age verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

3Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

When creating an account on tck44, you must provide accurate and complete information. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account cancellation.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each user may hold only one account. Creating or operating multiple accounts from the same person or the same device is strictly prohibited. In the event of a breach of this rule, all associated accounts will be closed and the remaining balance may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to tck44 immediately. You must not allow third parties to use your account.

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Always log out after using a public computer.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

To deposit funds on tck44, you may use the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 (for each method).
• Make sure to provide accurate details when making a deposit.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• tck44 reserves the right to conduct additional verification for suspicious transactions.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The conditions applicable to withdrawals are:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the account from which the deposit was made.
• Withdrawals may be held if the wagering requirement of any active bonus has not been met.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification (KYC) has not been completed.

5Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on tck44 can receive a 150% bonus up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. The bonus applies to the first deposit only.

Example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500.
• Deposit ৳14,000 or more → maximum ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus):

• Wagering requirement: 15x (on the bonus amount).
• Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = after placing ৳22,500 in bets, winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus may only be used once; it cannot be claimed again by the same member, device, or payment method.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after wagering is complete.
• tck44 reserves the right to modify or cancel promotional offers at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, tck44 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games and betting services available on the tck44 platform are operated by third-party game providers. Each game's own rules apply.

• If a game result is voided due to a technical error, the bet will be refunded.
• If a game is incomplete due to network issues, it will be resolved in accordance with the game provider's policy.
• Once a bet result is finalized, it cannot be changed.

6.2 Sports Betting

tck44 offers betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. Betting rules:

• Bets placed before an event starts will be treated as pre-match bets.
• Odds may change during live betting; the odds displayed at the moment the bet is placed are final.
• If a match or event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be considered void and stakes will be returned.
• For specific rules on particular markets, refer to the relevant section of the platform.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tck44 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or promotions.
• Engaging in match-fixing or fraudulent activities.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games or place bets.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Exploiting system or security vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Registering an account with false information or concealing identity.
• Conducting transactions using a third party's account or card.

In the event of a violation of the above prohibitions, tck44 reserves the right to close the account without notice, forfeit all balances, and take legal action if necessary.

8Responsible Gaming

tck44 believes that gaming is a form of entertainment, not a way to solve financial problems. We follow a responsible gaming policy to protect our members.

• Members can set their own deposit limits, betting limits, and loss limits.
• A self-exclusion feature is available to take a temporary or permanent break from the platform.

10Limitation of Liability

• Losses caused by unauthorized third-party access to an account, where the information was disclosed due to your own negligence.
• Changes to results due to errors in a game provider's software.
• Loss of game or bet data due to internet disconnection.
• Service disruption caused by natural disasters, war, or government orders.

tck44's maximum liability is limited to the value of a specific individual transaction. tck44 will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11Account Closure

11.1 Closure by the Member

You can close your account at any time. To do so, send an email to [email protected]. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

11.2 Closure by tck44

tck44 may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these terms and conditions is violated.
• If evidence of fraud or manipulation is found.
• If age verification fails or false information is provided.
• If required for legal or regulatory reasons.
• In the case of a long-term inactive account.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses or fraudulent transactions) will be returned.

12Changes to Terms

tck44 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For important changes:

• Notice will be given at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
• Notice will be provided via email, an in-platform notification, or both.
• Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
• If you do not agree to the new terms and conditions, you may request to close your account.

The date of the latest change will be noted at the top of this page ("Last Updated"). Previous versions will be provided upon request.
